Catholic Hospital Chain’s Employee Benefits Include Coverage of NFP Training Costs

In a move that MIGHT be a sign that things might begin to move forward with sponsorship with the St Anne Center, Franciscan Health Care has started to include coverage of NFP in their employee coverage

This is a response to the HHS Mandate and actually is a response to a suggestion of an employee.

It is interesting too because one of the hospitals in the Franciscan Alliance contacted me a couple of years ago as a possible place to start or join a practice. We discussed my ideas a little, and they never really got back to me.

There is only one hospital in Illinois, St James in Olympia Fields, which I believe used to be the main teaching hospital for Chicago Osteopathic, and Chicago Heights. Maybe they have heard the story and might have an interest at some point…..

It is amazing what God’s will might be!

St Anne, pray for us

About St. Anne Center for Reproductive Health

I am a board certified Reproductive Endocrinologist who practiced in the IVF world for 15 years. After seeing the damage that these treatments were causing couples and the complete commodification of life, fueled by a deeper understanding of my Roman Catholic faith, I left the field in 2010. I am currently praying for an end to the culture of death, and hoping to one day have the funding to open the St Anne Center for Reproductive Heath, to provide options for people with challenges to conceive with support and care to follow God's will.
